Hurry up and wait

Thu ,02/09/2010

I just entered my first writer’s contest with the Romance Writers of America with the first 7k of my novel.

It was an impulse decision, which I strongly hope I’ll not regret.

This whole ‘waiting’ thing is highly over-rated.

Graphic Novels- Family Man

By Dylan Meconis.

This is a lovely, erudite, artistic graphic novel, set in an alternate-history Eastern Europe. There’s vampires and werewolves. And heretical theology professors.

That’s all I’m going to say. Just go read it here.

You won’t regret it.

Authonomy… Let’s see if it works

Thu ,25/02/2010

I’ve uploaded the first three chapters of my story to Authonomy ( http://www.authonomy.com ), with the hope that HarperCollins will pick it up. *crosses fingers madly*

It’s here: http://www.authonomy.com/ViewBook.aspx?bookid=18007

If any of my friends upload books there I’ll reciprocate.

But, only back it if you think it’s good. I don’t want any hollow favours.
